We offer local shipping services that currently operate in the Philippines.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location.
Metro Manila 1 – 3 Business days
Luzon 3 – 5 Business days
Visayas & Mindanao 5 – 7 Business days
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you may check at www.trilanz.com tracking form page and one of our colleague will contact you to give your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
Refunds & Returns
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (5 – 7 days not including 2 – 5 days processing) you can request a refund or a re-shipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a re-shipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of the store (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Trilanz Distribution, Inc.
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (5-7 days) has expired.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, paypal or original method of payment, within 14 days.
All sales are final if the product was used. Exchanges will be offered if products remain unused and are in the original packaging. Trilanz Distribution, Inc. stands behind its high-quality products and believes in good customer service. If a damaged item is received, please contact customer service for assistance.
- FAULTY PRODUCT – In the unlikely event that the product doesn’t work or if you consider the product to be defective, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at email@example.com to notify us that you would like to return your faulty item. We will arrange for a replacement product to be dispatched within 5 – 7 working days of receipt of the faulty item.
- WRONG PRODUCT – In the unlikely event we have delivered the wrong product, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you would like to return your incorrect product. We will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched, as originally ordered within 5 – 7 working days of receipt of your incorrect item.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
